The Funky Funhouse children's indoor activity centre offers excellent facilities in which children can enjoy physical activity or just a fun day out whilst developing through play other skills needed in life – social, risk taking, and judgment as well as creative and educational. Interacting with other children in a safe, yet stimulating environment aids their Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Exploring their environment helps to build their self-confidence and self-esteem and encourages behavioural development and self-control. The play facilities encourage exploration and investigation and develops Knowledge and Understanding of the World around. The Toddler play frame, main play frame and sports area are designed to help the Physical Development of all children. Using the equipment creates a fun way for the children to develop their movement and space co-ordination. The different levels allow each child, whatever their ability, to develop at their own pace.
Our Laser Party offers children the opportunity to build their confidence, control and team spirit, an excellent way to keep children physically active whilst having fun, as they enjoy exclusive use of the play equipment enabling them to run around with their friends for a whole hour. Our Laser guns are 100% safe, shooting a laser beam the same as on TV remotes.
Facilities
The Funky Funhouse specialises in childrens parties, whether it be for a birthday or celebration our Crew at the Funky Funhouse aim to make your childs party one to remember, not only for them but their guests too!. We have a party to suit all children, you can hire our new Funky Disco party room, Jungle Disco room or Funhouse DIY party room/booth or have a Laser party with our state of the art Laser guns or of course you can hire the whole venue. We can help you with your party invitations and any catering requirements too, just email us for details.

Safety
Our main priority is for you and your family to have fun. To ensure this we have policies in place so that accidents are prevented and health & safety maintained at all times.
- Everyone who goes on the play equipment (adults and children) must wear socks, no shoes are to be worn on the play equipment. It is advised, that everyone who goes on the play equipment (adults & children) wear long trousers and long sleeve tops.
- Anyone participating in a Laser Party will be given a talk prior to a game on appropriate use of equipment.
- There is a height restriction of 4'9" for children wishing to play on the equipment (when open to the public).
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and the adult is responsible for making sure that their child plays safely - please note: The Funky Funhouse is an unsupervised play centre.
- No jewellery is to be worn by children while on the play equipment.
- If you are ordering food at Funky Fun House and there is a two hour time limit on play (during busy times), then food must be ordered one hour before your departure time.
- No food or drink maybe brought into Funky Fun House.
- You must report any accidents that happen while you are at Funky Fun House to a member of staff/crew.
- The managements decision is always final.
